We want you to love every Kadosh & Co. product. Due to the nature of our handcrafted, personal care items, all sales are final. However, we stand behind our products and will make it right if there is an issue.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info@kadoshandco.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and description of the issue.

Exchanges: We do not accept returns for exchanges, but we may issue a replacement or store credit on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled once they have been fulfilled and shipped.
