We want you to love every Kadosh & Co. product. Due to the nature of our handcrafted, personal care items, all sales are final. However, we stand behind our products and will make it right if there is an issue.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info@kadoshandco.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and description of the issue.

  • Exchanges: We do not accept returns for exchanges, but we may issue a replacement or store credit on a case-by-case basis.

  • Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled once they have been fulfilled and shipped.

We appreciate your understanding and support of small-batch, handcrafted goods.
